ZCC International Meeting
On Friday, June 7, the 85 Zagato-bodied historical cars and their relative crews taking part in the Zagato Car Club International Meeting crowded into the area in front of the Atelier’s premises in Rho. They gathered there to celebrate Zagato’s centenary and the Club’s 40th anniversary. Before the tour of the showroom, with a brief ceremony in the presence of the Mayor of Rho, the road, leading to the new entrance of the compound, was entitled to founder Ugo Zagato. The following day, the cars carried out a regularity session on the tarmac of the Pirelli test track, expressly soaked, in Vizzola Ticino. During the event, there was the unveiling of the Cinelli Nemo Zagato, collectible bicycle designed by the Atelier and made of steel tubes by Columbus, Cinelli’s sister company and a partner of Zagato’s since the times of the racing Alfas equipped with tubular chassis. It will be produced in only 100 pieces.
