With a new route that took place in the opposite direction to the recent editions, taking up the counter-clockwise route of many editions of the original speed race, the 2021 1000 Miglia was one of the most intense in latest years and the battle for the victory lasted up to the last 300 km. Eventually, like in 2020, a Zagato bodied car came out on top: the 1929 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 Super Sport was the winner, driven by Andrea Vesco and Fabio Salvinelli. The Atelier also secured a second trophy, as the Aston Martin V8 Volante Zagato ranked first in 1000 Miglia Experience trophy by the Supercars Owners Circle, with Hidemoto Kimura and Shintaro Kawashima at the wheel. In this class, the battle for the Podium was against the 1967 Ford Mustang GT Zagato, driven by Fabio Di Pasquale and Supported by Esa Energie S.p.A.
