Two years after the initial presentation of the project to Alpine at Le Mans, and one year after the prototype unveil in Como at FuoriConcorso, Zagato and La Squadra returned to Le Mans for the first customer deliveries of the AGTZ Twin Tail production units. It was a landmark moment for the AGTZ Twin Tail project and a fitting tribute at the very place where the dream began, now fulfilled with the presentation of fully completed production cars. Some AGTZ clients were also protagonists of an unforgettable cavalcade from Paris to Le Mans, behind the wheels of their own Twin Tails. Two AGTZ Twin Tails took to the legendary Circuit de la Sarthe, marking a symbolic pinnacle in the project’s journey. Three production AGTZ Twin Tails were on display, alongside the Porsche 356 Carrera GTL Zagato, the three-time consecutive Le Mans class winner (1961, 1962, and 1963) now brought back to life from the Zagato Archive© in its original form: a rediscovered masterpiece from the past.
