In the magnificent setting of the Yakushiji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the main temple of the Hosso sect of Buddhism, also part of the Cultural Properties of Ancient Nara, stunning automobiles from various eras gathered from Japan and around the world. This event celebrates Western automotive culture, which, like the cultural treasures of ancient Nara, honors history and preserves tradition. The Concours paid tribute to the most iconic cars of all time, featuring a special Zagato Class with nine exceptional models on display, including the FIAT 500B Zagato Panoramica (1948), Fiat 1100 TV Zagato (1953), Alfa Romeo 1900 SSZ Coupé (1954), Fiat Abarth 750 Monoalbero Record Monza Zagato (1958), Lancia Appia Zagato GTE (1960)—winner of the Best Restoration award—Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Zagato 'Coda Tronca' (1962), Lancia Flavia 1.8 Sport Zagato (1964), Aston Martin Zagato Volante (1989)—awarded the Carrozzeria Award—and the Fiat Abarth 750 Bialbero Record Monza Zagato (1958), crowned Best in Class. Also making an appearance in the Porsche Museum Class was the stunning Porsche 356A Speedster Zagato (1958). During the weekend, Andrea Zagato, President of Zagato and a jury member for this edition, presented the AGTZ scale model to the public, featuring a special "Tribute to Japan" livery designed for the occasion by Norihiko Harada, Zagato’s Chief Designer.
