An exclusive collaboration between Zagato and La Squadra marks a new chapter in modern coachbuilding with the unveiling of a one-off AGTZ Twin Tail: a collector-grade commission merging craftsmanship and contemporary creative culture. For this special project, Deus Ex Machina was invited to contribute a unique creative layer, developing a one-off exterior livery and bespoke interior details that reflect the shared ethos of the three brands. Executed in a striking monochrome palette, the black-and-white design brings a bold graphic identity to the sculptural form of the AGTZ Twin Tail, emphasizing its flowing bodywork and dramatic removable long-tail silhouette. The interior features subtle co-branded touches, resulting in a singular expression of the AGTZ Twin Tail philosophy—where craftsmanship, performance and artistic expression intersect. The one-off car was unveiled in Milan at the Deus Ex Machina Cafè -The Portal of Possibilities, alongside a limited-edition T-shirt and poster series developed by Deus Ex Machina and available exclusively through its global channels. During the event, attendees experienced the projection of a short film illustrating the story behind this collaboration. This one-off commission stands as a testament to the enduring relevance of coachbuilding in the modern era, and to the creative possibilities that emerge when automotive tradition meets contemporary design.
