At the Anantara Concorso Roma 2026, some of the most extraordinary Italian automobiles ever created gathered in the heart of Rome to celebrate La Dolce Vita on four wheels. Among the standout Zagato iconic Pre-War models were the Alfa Romeos 6C 1750 Gran Sport Zagato (1929 and 1931) and the legendary Maserati V4 Sport  Zagato (1932). The post-war Zagato lineup featured the Alfa Romeo 1900 SSZ (1956), the Lancia Flaminia Sport "Sperimentale" (1959), the Lancia Flaminia Zagato Sport "Pre-Serie" (1959), the Alfa Romeo Giulietta SZ “Coda Tronca” (1962), the Lancia Flaminia Sport Zagato (1964) and the Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2 (1966), each showcasing Zagato’s timeless design and obsession with lightness. The ultimate honour, Best of Show, was awarded to the remarkable 1932 Maserati V4 Sport Zagato, owned by Lawrence Auriana - a unique sixteen-cylinder masterpiece that captivated judges and enthusiasts alike. The car also claimed victory in the Pre-War Zagato class. An unforgettable celebration of Italian excellence and heritage.
