Aston Martin V12 Zagato Corsa 2011

In 2011, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the debut in competitions of the two DB4 VEVs, Zagato and Aston Martin presented, first at the Villa d’Este Concours d’Elegance and then at the Nürburgring, the Aston Martin V12 Zagato Corsa. Two examples (called Zig and Zag) of the GT version based on V12 Vantage mechanics, with hand beaten aluminium bodies and elements and spoilers in carbon fibre, soon after winning the Design Award at Villa d’Este, raced on the hellish German circuit - in the VLN and 24 Hours - covering over 3700 km.
